im trying to buy this gen2 integra ls, its been sitting for months, the last few times ive started it it started it needed oil so i put oil in, i let it sit for a good month or so and today when i go to pick it up it doesnt start it just cranks. i thought it needed gas so i went and bought gas, put it in it started but it shut off again. and the same thing repeated it cranks but it doesnt start. what can it be?

when the cars on and you give it gas it surges, its almost like as if the car was pulling any gas. do u think the fuel filter could be the problem? theres no cel the cars a 90 integra ls, its obd0, the timing hasnt been messed with or anything. it just doesnt wanna start.

what do you think it could be

 

fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap... the list goes on and on

 

i think its the main fuel relay i just did a search at g2ic.com and this seems like a common problem in hot weather.
