is there a t3 adapter plate for an hf manifold???

how do you modify the hf/cx manifolds to work with a t3 turbo?? all the ones i've seen are for t25 and td04, but where can i find a t3 adapter plate?

yes i have two that i had made. tryed to sell but noi intrest.
