Default How many miles before changing retainers

Currently in the process of another rebuild I have 16000 miles on my current Ferrea retainers and PE timing belt .Do I have to replace them or will they be fine?
P.S. I am running JUN springs and cams currently

That is a very good question that I would like to know the answer to. The PE belt should be fine, but what about the retainers? The springs gall the retainers, so what is the serviceable limit before they have to be replaced?

I reused my titanium retainers 2 times already (different heads) w/ no problems.

aftermarket retainers like that should be replaced every 30k miles or so.
