Engine/tranny/ecu, you shouldn't pay much more than $1,200 to your door.

Axles - depends on what you get (stock or aftermarket) - $350 for aftermarket
Shift Linkage - HA Sport is $180
Wiring harness comes cut on most of the motors, but all the clips will still be attached to the engine.

So if I can get a complete change over for $1100 that's a pretty good price?

Total price for all the parts will run you about $2200 or so
When hes quoting that price Im guessing hes saying from Nipponmotors.com
youre also going to need the motor mounts, and such
I wouldnt pay more than 1500 motor, tranny, ecu, wiring harness.

No, not a complete change over, just the engine/motor/ecu like I listed.

Expect to pay close to $2,500-$3,000 for the complete swap of all the parts you need to actually install it.

Yeh I know you meant just the engine, tranny, ecu, I was referring to the place, for that price, I havent seen any other place as cheap as Nippon, but then again I dont look much these days since I already have the swap.

I paid around $2200 or so for all the parts of the swap, I dont exactly remember, but never hurts to project more bc you will probably need it.

Now if I can just get that turbo

My reply was to evo saying is $1,100 it .....

I found a palce in Canada that has the engine/tranny/ecu for $1,300 Canadian - that's about $850 US, plus shipping.

I already have the ECU, so Nippon has been the cheapest at $750 for the tranny and engine.

You'll need axles, shift linkage, mounts, wiring, intake, timing belt (should do), water pump (should do), maybe a header, maybe intermediate shaft, and lots of other little stuff like radiator hoses, misc. brackets and clips, and a lot of free time to get it done right.

Make sure its not a first Gen. B16. i had one and it blows. but you can get them for about 800 dollars. You are going to pay more for a newer one but it will be worth it and it hasn't beensitting around for years. just my opinion
