So here it is....You start the car (crx dx--d15) and it immedietly starts climbing to 2K rpm....sometimes if you just rev it up past 3k rpms it will go back to normal idle.... The check engine light comes on sometimes and throws a code 1....The ecu always throws a code 1 even if the check engine light isnt on....When driving the car then shifting gears the rpms jump up to 2K in neutral between shifts...and when the car is driving and in gear if I let go of the gas the car does not deccelerate?? Thanx in advance!!

Code 1 is your 02 sensor.
For the high rpm;
1)Check for any leaks
2)Check your IACV
3)maybe your idle is just high, so turn the idle screw.
4)Check your TC
5)Also, having bubbles or lack of water will cause the idle to react funny.
