what are the spring rates for h&r's?

what are the rates for h&r sports??

I am trying to decide which shocks to go with, kinda narrowed it down to kyb agx or blues....

i cant remember if mine are sport or race but there 390 all the way around

ok just found the box mine came in there race springs and there 390lbs,how much for the a6?
