Help with inspection
OK, here in Houston we have the stupid emissions testing again. I know it isn't as bad a Cali but still a pain. I took my parent's car in the other day and all the techs do is hook up the OBD reader into the car's ecu and it reads the signals. Everthing went fine there.
Today, I decided to take my car in. Well they hook up the reader to my OBD (gray plug behind the radio) and they can't get a reading. They switch machines and get the same error signal. I have a Power FC and think, well that's probably why they don't get a reading. Sure enough I call the local shop and they tell me what I expected. So I switch out the Power FC for the stock ecu and try to start the car. The car goes up to about 1000 rpms and dies. Try again and same result. So I call the shop again, they say that b/c I have prelude injectors it's making it run too rich and turning the car off.
So I change the injectors back to stock. Well the car doesn't even turn on anymore (just tries to turn over but nothing).
I need to get the car inspected (due end of June) and don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

yeah, i have the AEM FPR and it has been adjusted. Tomorrow, I am going to mess with it and try to get the car started and reinspected. If that doesn't solve it I will just trial and error until something works.
