Ok I know there is another dseries port polish thread going, but this deals withy more than just the head. I have a d16y8 (soon to be) now I got it on an EK hatch, and im trying to make that wagon fly. The head already has a 3angle job, and it is milled .13. Now would there be any point in porting and polishing the head and intake manifold and getting them port matched? I know that this is aweseom for FI setups, which mine will soon be, but do you think that doing this while im NA will make a difference? I know throttle response and stuff should increase but do you think ill get any real hp out of it, how much? I just got extra cash and I wasnt sure if i should use it for that while the head is off so i dont waste another head gasket.
