Well, yours came with it, along with everything else!

For the price it is an extremely well rounded performance car. That was my main reason. However, the bling floor mats sealed the deal.

I wanted an SiR-G at first but ther just looked to awesom to pass up..bigger wheels, bigger brakes, Recaros, Momo, ...just looked and sounded sweet...
At first? It looked 'so good'.
Once I drove one, wow, the 'feel' of the car. So raw for such an 'inexpensive' car. It was just the perfect feeling after/during the drive.

The rest as they say, its history

GranTurismo. I was driving a Viper GTS at lugna seca, and this little yellow car kept catching up to me in the turns. I would smoke it in the straights, but I kept seeing it catch back up. I checked it out, and found that it was something with honda reliabality that I could afford...
I owned a 94 LS from brand new before and started to mod it and began to realize the amount of money I'd need to spend to get it somewhere near the R's performance, after a big job promotion I went out and bought my first R.
Bang for the buck was the first attraction as others will say.
Then I met so many great R owners and some very good new friends that introduced me to Autocross and the Track and I became totally immersed in the car and my new hobby/sport.
The car is such an awesome performer Stock or very close to Stock... You can mod it but, you Don't need to, to fully enjoy it and really learn to drive it well...

BLINGO!
Front brake pads, wheels, header, cat, VAFC are my major upgrades... other than that I am still learing how to drive her.

I researched many cars, and I just couldn't find a bad word said about the ITR. Also, it came with good tires, LSD, the shifting was supposed to be the best in it's price range, awesome stock handeling, reliable engine, vast aftermarket support...
The list goes on and on.
The list goes on and on.
...the fact that the Celica T22 was so ugly (I am a former Celi driver) let me test drive an ITR... I did not stop grinning so I was eager to get it.
