is this spoiler on correctly?

First of all...is this an ITR spoiler? Also, it looks like maybe it doesn't fit? Maybe I'm just ignorant, I dont know.

Looks like it fits fine to me.....may not from a different camera angle...

ugh, that angle sucks bro, but it looks as if it is installed properly

It's not supposed to touch on the quarter panel edge, cause it would scratch it. That's why it has that gap underneath.
