PLEASE HELP FITTING ON GT30?????
What size thread is the oil inlet fitting on the garret GT30 turbo. We have tried a 1/8, 1/4 and a 3/8 and all wont fit
. The 1/8 is a tad to small and 1/4 being HUGE! I need some help ASAP. Thanks in advance.

ok, now I see what you mean. Have you tried taking the turbo to home depot with you? or to a plumbing shop. I'd rather go to the local hose and plumbing shop.
I would say it's 1/8NPT, but you've already tried that

it is an inverted flare fitting, 7/16". Most GT series are like that. If you're having a problem finding it local(which I know you will
), let me know. I have plenty of those in stock to a -3An lines

Thanks guys for all the help. I didnt expect to see this many posts back. I know its an inverted fitting i am having no problem with that. Its the size i am questioning(SP). In SIRkids post he said he used a 7/16's(which would be bigger than a 1/4 right?) and the 1/4 was way to big. It seems as though i am looking for something inbetween a 1/8 and 1/4. If there is a inverted flare fitting in that size??

inverted flare only comes in few sizes. I have sold many oil feed kit for a GT series and 90% of them uses 7/16" IF. 7/16 is a tad slightly larger than 1/8" NPT but since it is an inverted flare, it may seems much bigger than 1/8" NPT
