Default spark plugs for turbo b16?

I went to get colder plugs today but the shop told me none were avialable. Is there any place that sells a colder plug for the b16 and what should I gap it to for 8psi?

i believe the general concensus is stock plugs for under 10 psi gapped at .30.

recommended colder plug is NGK BkR7E

if you talk with the auto parts store and tell them the exact plug number, they usually will have them or be able to get them easily... most parts people are unaware of how spark plugs have heat ranges etc.. Though sometimes they can look them up in the book and cross reference etc..
