Default int. to ext., how to mod. mani.?

I'm looking to use either an 18G or a .42/.48 straight T3 for when I turbo my d16 and being that I can't stand internal w.g.'s, I'm going to convert to external wastegate. I know how to convert the turbo, so that won't be a problem; but I'm wondering how I'd get the manifold modifed to accept a 35mm TiAL. I'd have to have an adapter welded to the mani. I end up using, but is that complicated? What parts might it entail?

p.s. - searched but couldn't find anything.

Hey! i have a great idea! talk to tinker about having him make some for you people that need/want them!

The one pictured above is for a Mitsubishi style Turbocharger in a DSM/Mitsubishi GSX/GST/TSI.

Brad

Oh, whlie we're on it Tinker, i have a local guy that cuts flanges for me on a CNC plasma table, and then drills them on a cnc, and if i purchase more than 10-15 (like 20) i get a very good deal! PM/email me if you want more info.. lazerus@skwire.net.
