how to remove pedal assembly on 90 teg???

how to remove pedal assembly on 90 teg???
well im converting from automatic to 5sp.
but im stuck right now.
cant remove the pedal assembly
did everything removed the cables holding down pedals
and all nuts holding assembly but it does not move
anybody have any ideas of how to?
