Old Hasport or new? That is very odd, I know a few people using the new kit and that is not happening to them....

the only time i have seen this happen, is when people do a b20 swap and keep the b20 crank pulley. if that's your case, just switch the crank pulley for a b16/b18 one!

Might as well switch it to a CTR crank pulley if you have no AC...

im using HCP mounts with a 96 LS motor right now, and my pulley is also touching the radius rod. Wierd thing is that before I put the 96 LS in, I had a 92 LS and a 95 GSR in my CRX before and never had a problem with it touching.

radius rods from an accord will fit??? are CTR crank pulleys the smallest OEM pulleys available?

CTR is the smallest oem crank pulley, it will give you about another half inch of clearance! it's weird how the pulley din't rub before, can you take a picture of your timing belt side mount and the crank pulley! there might be something else wrong!

When i done my B18b 2001 LS swap i had the same problem. The 2001 LS crank pulley was hitting the radius rod... To fix it you wanna get a 90-93 Integra LS pulley......

I have a b20 in my 88 civic hatch i never had this problem probely because i have a single belt Unorthadox racing crank pulley. Its a good investment or a b16 pulley will work.
