need a valve adjustment real bad, and other stuff too probably. So whats the cheapest price in socal that you socal guys know of.

if you just need a valve adjustment and basic tune up i.e. fuel filter plugs etc etc call up someone you know and have them help you.

If you dont know any, i can do it for you.

 

For the absolute cheapest service I think a 12 pack and a few phone calls will do it. Hell, even I've done a valve ajustment before and it isn't that hard (45 mins) with the right tools. Replacing belts may take alittle longer. Just don't take it to a stealership, they make you wait alteast two days before you can pick it up, and they charge you a couple of bills on what needs to be done. Just ask around HT there are plenty of guys that will work for beer .

 

It would be cool to have it done for free or just a few beers but i really dont like to bother people i dont really know. Thats just how i am i guess.

BTW. 98itr i can't ask you because I'm a big LAKERS fan.

Since most dealers charge similar labor rates, you're not going to find much of a price difference between dealers. On the other hand, you'll see a difference if you go to H/A Specialist. Ask around your area and see if you can get any recommendations for a decent H/A Specialist if you're not comfortable with DIY.

but then everyone would get there and the cars will have to sit for ever and 100% cool down or the valve adjustment readings would be skewed, if this was in your idea of a maintenance
