well, here it is...tell me what you think. what type of rims should i get? should i go lower? i personally love the way it looks now...love to hear more input from fellow teg owners though. no covers = weight reduction... shouts to the illustrious ek9vboi and T.K. for their help and support

 

looks clean if you like black rims get spoon i would go with some bronze work rims but its all about prefrence just check em out digging ur teg

I think it needs to be lower. I liek the "dumped" look and if you get aftermarket wheels don't get black. I mean if you like black then do what you like but i personally think black wheels look cheap. ANd everybody has 'em and it's jsut played out. Otherwise nice teg.

 

Played out or not, who cares? It's only a matter of time before bronze, gunmetal, or any other color becomes popular...then the colors that were once considered played out will be in style once again.

For rims just get what you like. I just got some silver grids for my taffeta white GSR. I was gonna get some 16inch white c8's those would look hot white on white. I would have had to wait almost another month though. Im not very patient. Your car looks hot.

14" steelies felt faster when i had them on my teg. Actually, it sort of looked exactly like yours.

no way the car is going to be faster on steelies. My 14x5 steel wheels on my old Camry weighed about 21-22 lbs. Stock GS-R 15x6 wheels are 15-16 lbs. BIG difference.

i dont mind steelies too much, but i would think it would look better with the OEM hubcaps, and one other question, why do you need to get your car tuned if you only got a IHE and Cat?
