SWAP SHOPS IN NC???
Does Any One Know Of Any Swap Shops In North Carolina? If So could you please give me a name and hopefully a phone number??I am VERY desperate to put a second generation b16 in my car! Thanks Bunches
I would have honda put the motor in. I Have a friend who had a gsr motor. Some company out in raleigh put it in. He had the motor for 2 weeks and driving home without racing just driving normal the engine blew. Now he has a b18c5, which honda put in. He has had no problems with it at all.
Yes you can get a engine from honda. Though it will not be cheap by no means. I believe the install for them to put the b18c5 was $ 900 labor not including the engine itself. Though he knew some of the people there that helps.
I had a good experience from a shop in NC.
I bought a B20 from a shop called Jspeed this weekend.
The shop was clean, and the guys were cool.
Talk with Jamie if you can, tell him I sent you.

Come to Jacksonville, shouldn't be too far away from you maybe an hour. There are two shops here that do motor swaps, and are pretty good. PM me for more details if you want.
Yeah, there's a shop in Jacksonville near a laundry place (sorry, I haven't lived there in 2 years) that does good work. It's a real small place and I think the guy that owns it is named Ben or something.
