Ok I have had this problem where during partail throttle my car is fine. But during full throttle it bogs out and sort of stutters there. I am throwing Codes 8 and 14.I don't think my IACV could cause this since it idles fine. Do you think code 8 the top dead center sensor could cause this? If so , i will buy a new distributor. I have gone over the wiring and it looks fine. i even tried switching the 2 new wires that run to the distributor and it didn't do anything. What should I do? TIA.

 

I found out that the guy gave me a PM6 which is a sohc non-vtec ECU. You think this could be causing my porblem? If so , I am going to try a ZC ECU that a friend of mine has.

 

I think you should smack the guy who gave you the ecu, and threaten him with bodily harm till he gives you the right one...

 

Well I tried the ECU and it didn't work. I am running out of options here and I really need your guys help.
