auto to standard LS what are the diferences??
yes, the ecu, trans, pedals, shifter, gauge cluster... the motor itself is really not different.
what model integra are you looking at doing the swap? if its a gen2, check out http://www.g2ic.com quite a few members have made the swap successful.

Its noit in an tegra, im pruchasing a b18a and was wondering if the engien was any diferent between auto and stick. THanks so basically if i get a swpa , all i need is a standard ECU, engien and 5 speed?

No not for the 94+ integra. I just changed my auto b18b to a b18b stick motor and tranny and my ECU had trouble idling the car, so I am getting the ecu converted to a manual ecu.

If your swapping theres a crapload of stuff you need to change.
Ecu (not totally necessary, but with auto ecu you'll throw a tranny code all the time)
Intermediate axle
Mounts
Starter
Pedals
Throttle Cable
Clutch
Flywheel
Tranny
Clutch master cylindar
Clutch slave cylindar
Theres more... just can't remember it all

I don't think this is always true. My car didn't throw one code when I did my swap, yet the ecu had some trouble stabalizing the idle, but that could just be because I used a manual engine too. My suggestion is to try it with the auto ecu like I did and if you have issues then get a manual one but don't waste money if you don't have too. Other than the idle my car was fine and ran perfect.

Throttle Cable</TD></TR></TABLE>
And I don't think you have to swap your throttle cable..... I couldn't see why you would.
One thing left off that list that you will need is the:
Line going from clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder on the tranny. You can use the original hard line that comes in a Manual car, or you could buy a steel braided flex line which may be easier if you are doing the swap with the tranny in the car.
***EDIT: The above statement is true for hydro tranny swaps, I don't know about cable tranny swaps, but I imagine you would just need the cable.***

There is no difference between "manual" and "automatic" engines except the transmission... that myth about there being different cams or whatever is totally false.
Next I'm just speaking from experience about the throttle cable, with using the 5spd accelerator and break pedals, for some reason the auto throttle cable wasnt long enough and that alone delayed the swap a full day because the shop had to order the cable.

i never said the ecu was the same...i was directly answering his question. sorry.
i was wondering why a b18a? are you thinking forced induction? if not, maybe a b16 would be better, although more costly.
