Anyone sold a car on Ebay?
well, it's a HypeR so you'll get a couple crappy bidders.
You could say "I will retracked all bids from bidders with negative feedback" or whatever...
overall it's not bad...I'd put a reserve on it though, and outline how you'll ship it or arrange pickup.

Rob, I looked into Ebay when I sold #009. Honestly, it was not worth the extra expense to me. Ebay would have ended up with a decent bit of coin.
Just list it on Autotrader.com. $40 keeps it on there until it sells. Include a URL to a site of your design, and you're golden.

I listed my GSR on there for a week...... 40+ bids, but I didnt get what I wanted. I forgot to set a reserve, so it ended up "selling" to chrisonepointsix
Anyway, I was charged $80+
$40 to list
$40 for final transaction fee
I believe another nice chunk for a reserve?
Honestly, I shouldve riced out the GSR so it would have sold.

haven't sold a car on Ebay, but I BOUGHT my R through Ebay.
Just letting you know there are some legitimate buyers out there.
good luck selling no matter which route you decide.

I've sold two cars and bought two on Ebay.
My advice is to set the starting price at what you want for the car, and forget about a reserve. Putting a reserve and starting it at $1 just attracts all the dreamers to the sale. Putting what you want to start with allows people to get their financing arranged ahead of time.
