Your ride quality must be absolutely horrible. You'll know they're blown if they're leaking oil, or the ride is really bouncy. Push down on a corner of your car and stop. If the car does more than just rebound, you've got blown shocks.

If you've been riding on those springs that long then most likely your shocks are blown. I would never recommend a spring that stiff or that low be coupled with stock shocks.

I have ebay coilovers on my stock shocks, been riding around for a bout a month or so... and the ride quality sucks, its really bouncy on the streets. I'm saving up for a quality coilovers & aftermarket shocks. What combo does everyone recommend?
