EDIT:

The issue has just been resolved. Viren stepped up and is going to cover it. We just 3 way called Golden Eagle, and they are going to handle the motor.

This was resolved rather quick. This is how buisness should be. Too bad it had to go as far as making it public.

Disregard this and for the people who have read it, please learn from my experiences. The world is not perfect.

ive been there with Kyle since day one. Ive seen all the problems, all the messed engines that he recieved from Viren and just the pain and suffering that hes gone through. Its painful too see someone spend alot of money to buy a product from someone and have turn out to be a peice of **** and the sell claim "no responsibility" because its a used product. this whole situation has pissed me, kyle and another ht member off. somthing needs to be done!

lots of money, 4 months later, lots of hard work and labor and time.. and wat are we left with? GSR sitting in the garaeg.. not running!

 

**** man, sorry about all the headaches. hope it gets resolved without putting anymore money into this.

 

The court would grant you your money back in this situation. Whether he said as is or not he also said it was in perfect shape.

I dont want my money back. I want him to pay for my rebuild and compensate for what I have lost. Is that asking too much?

Lets see what happens with how viren takes care of the situation.

I dont think viren is aware that he could have a lawsuit filed against him for what he has done so far.

I can only begin to imagine how bad kyle must feel. This sucks.

I really hope this thread does not turn into a pissing match.
start to think about what can be done to fix the situation.

viren can say he next day aired the parts to kyle. but he had no need to do it if he would have checked everything over the first time.

I did not rush the situation. I tried to discuss the most reasonable and efficent road to take. That obviously did not become efficient.

 

That sucks pretty bad. I've never heard of anything bad going down with him, but then again that doesnt mean nothing bad could happen. . .good luck man. . .being in debt SUCKS!

dont mean to be a dick bout the situation and all and if everything u say is true im behind you, but you say u cant get a job becuase u have no car to get to work, and yet it seems your trying to have a built engine thrown in your car to get to work. It seems more pratical if u just bought maybe a regular engine that runs(b18a runs) so u can save up the money to pay for a built one....kinda seems u dug urself into that much debt, did this guy viren have a good reputation before or somthing is that why u choose to do business with him?

 

yeah right now i'm having viren and stoid racing rebuild my engine. they both have been really honest and straightforward about everything. they have both had so many success stories that i would hate to see this one ruin their rep. hope everything gets worked out....
