what kind of spring can you use on a stock ITR
I asked myself this question : what kind of drop springs can you use that can work well with the stock dampers without bouncing.... because I find the stock ITR a little bit too high maybe a 3/4 inch lower will be nice.... thanks... I know comtech sells 3/4 inches springs for ITR but I was not able to get the info from comptech to see of they work well with stock shocks....
get tein s-tech springs.it is a perfect ride. s-tech are chit with other honda cars, but work really well with type r struts.
hope this pic helps u out. it isnt slammed but lowers it just enough.

Any time you lower the car on stock shocks or increase the spring rate (which is usually neccesary to avoid hitting the bumpstops) you comprimise the life of the shock.
