Default Deck plate motor pros and cons

...I still havent made up my mind about this new All motor setup
Im wondering about the Deckplate setups ..
pros and cons .
anybody making good power with them

You can do fine without it if you don't have the budget. I've seen both setups run.

do you do sleeving at your shop Rocket

what do you charge for it

Sleeving is in the works. I am looking at $850 with line hone the mains included.
