Default Anyone recieve their replacement T1R exhaust yet?

I had a dream last night my exhaust fit!

...I haven't recieved any kind of word from anyone about any kind of replacement which was supposed to happen 'around the end of June' last I heard.

I haven't been reading H-T much lately, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything

Are they excepting returns on the T1R for a full refund?

Because that is what I'd do at this point.

This whole situation is total and utter BS. I'm not coming down on any of the shops involved in the replacement of exhausts... I'm coming down on Type One Racing.

I remember the first post about the 'new' T1R by Mike M and how many people were excited. Here we are in July, 7-8 months later and very few people are happy with T1R at this point. This really isn't inspiring confidence in buying any Type One Racing products, I guess they are only hurting themselves!

Again, not bashing IPS, AJ or R&D. Just stating that T1R gets a giant from me for this ridiculousness.

Werd. First version(N1 ) was good. Then when everyone learned about the 2nd version it got so hyped up. Nothing but a HYPE ONE.

No one has recieved a Replacement yet

Mostly because of the Time it has taken the Manufacturing Facility in Japan to produce them as well as Sea Freight Shipping delays (I hate Sea Freight as its quite normal to have a shipment be delayed by a few weeks or once in awhile actually show up early or on time.)

I never had problems with the Older Exhaust or with the Seperate Parts Like the B Pipe and still have not. Seems like the problems were limited to the New cat Back and to a small % of them.

That being Said I will NOT be selling anymore of the New Cat Backs Until I see the issues with Quality Taken care of. I have been told that the Problems with some of the Cat Backs were due to a problem in the Jig used for building the exhaust. This looks to be true as almost all of the defective units seem to be DC2 models (in 1 other instance an SI owner had a problem with his silencer in the tip).

If I thought that Anyone would have had problems with the exhaust I wouldn't have even sold it or posted about it..

That all being Said I'm locking this thread. In the future please IM, Email, or Call whoever sold you the exhaust to get updates (If you have not heard from them)
