Default Best Exhaust Manifold for sohc turbo

Like the topic says..... what is the best exhaust manifold for sohc turbo...? Needs to have external wastegate too...... all info is appreciated... looking ot get it soon... 400 whp here i come...

I love my Max-Rev. Not sure if it is the "best" but I am glad I got it. Revhard is also good.

WOW And it is a/c compatible. Does it come with the DP? Does it have to be braced so it doesn't crack or break? Please IM me with a price.

ya, Im waiting for the flanges for the manifold above to put the WG on, but itll go on the elbow before the turbo flange. Any WG you want, I can put on

me too, this is how its gonna be from now on too Easier to make, better flow, better fitment(only 5 " in front of the block is needed!)

That is an extremely Cool design!

How about the radiator though? Any modification required? With the hot side of the turbo positioned so close to it, are there potential cooling problems? Also, How do you brace it to the block, or does it need bracing?

The turbo bolts to the transmission via a supplied plate. You maybe have to re-route the coolant hoses by splicing a section of 1" conduit from Home Depot in to move around the turbo or at least to prevent melting of the hoses.

How do you think the material you used for the manifold will stand up to exhaust wrap? Do you think it's ok?

the sidewinder is a very very nice manifold...

i would go with it.. no doubt...


if i didnt buy a hytech already, i would have went with lovefabs..


you could have a neck welded on the top raditor hose..
