does anyone know how to check if the fuel pump relay has blown? my fuel pump isnt getting any power and my engine makes a humming sound inside the bay when i try to start it, and i know where the relay is, i just dont know how to check it

 

When my relay went, my fuel pump just pumped and pumped and pumped. Nothing stopped it, cylinders filled with gas, and I had to "purge" them. That was pretty cool, but I don't ever want to do it again.
