Default oil leaking out of turbo and DP guru's help please

Here's my story... my turbo one day decided to pump oil out of the exhaust side. I mean straight oil. anyways i got the turbo rebuilt and put it back on and its still leaking oil out of the hot side. I took of the spark plugs and looked in each one 2 3 looked wet while 1 4 looked dry and black... could it be my head??? I did a compression test as well. the intial results were all four cylinders were 150. so i put a little bit of oil in them and all of them went up in compression. Does this mean my bottom end is still good and that the problem is in my valve seals
please help looking for some peace of mind

thanks

do a leakdown and see if there's any leak from the breather and the dipstick

the oil only comming from the discharge falnge and the end of my DP though. And is it possible to have a crack ring if all my compression is 150 on all four cylinders

Default

heres an update pulled out my manifodl to visually check the head and all the ports are dry there's no sign of oil that was there or recently.. the holes are that burnt dry black look no wet look from being covered in oil. this is the same picture as well for the top portion of my manifold its all dry no signs of oil being there at all. However its a different story by the turbo flange. its all wet on the bottom portion. it looks like it was pretty much soaked. so how does the bottom portion get soaked in oil and not the top??? Turbo just got rebuilt from Paul Vang so i figured it would be good until the turbo rolled on its side and oil came out of the compressor..this is bad huh?????

how is your oil return set up? if there's a plug, the oil's gonna shoot out the seals.
