as the topic states what exhaust should i go with so far i have it down to ITR exhaust or Worldsport looking for something quiet any suggestions? best bang for the buck... on a 1996 GSR everything else is stock on the car exept AEM Cai or Comptech Icebox coming soon... thnx guys

 

Magnaflow..straight through design with good quality at a low cost..and it should be pretty quiet....
you already have to carsound cat so why not..?

here i got a question to if you dont mind me asking. i want to get that same set up but i already have an exhaust which is a five zigen made for gsr. now ill the header since its longer push the whole exhaust system back ie the 5zigen. or do i have to get a custom carsound cat? thanks

I have a 2.25" carsound cat connected to an ITR catback on my car. I had the bottlenecks in the ITR exhaust removed and the flange on the cat extended for a full 2.25" exhaust and it's definitely quieter than any aftermarket exhaust I've heard.

 

You needed a smaller cat so that it does not push the exhuast back.

 

or you can shorten the B-Pipe (cut)...
