What's the cleanest method of installing the CTR fr lip?

What's the cleanest method of installing the CTR fr lip?
I just received the lip today and want to install it. But before I do, I need to pick up parts.
Any tips from the many that have done it already.

Alright, obviously there are nine holes on the bottom of the fr bumper and seven on the CTR lip......Will those attachment points on the bumper be used/match up for install.?
