Default CTR Bumper?

I can't seem to find a difference between a CTR and regular OEM 99-00 Civic bumper. Can anyone point out the differences and tell me if this one is legit? Also, how much do these usually run?

Depending on what color his civic is, he could be waiting around a while to find the exact color matched body parts...paint is usually something you just have to deal with.

They are exactly the same. They both have the same part number. Same deal with the SI grill and CTR grill.
