i dont know how this happened? the 2nd light on the side markser does not work, it only has 6.2 volts to it, and the green/red wire will both ground and have pawer? how does that work? i am trying to hook up my side markers, and its really upsetting me that only the one side will work, and the other is just dead.

does anyone have any ideas how i can fix this, or even what the problem could be? any help at all would be a HUGE help!!! if you need more info i will be here awaiting a replay. thanx again.
