blinker in the front doesnt work, but the back one flashes like crazy...need some help...

blinker in the front doesnt work, but the back one flashes like crazy...need some help...
my front blinker doesnt work. but the regular driving light does work. whenever i put the blinker on to make a left turn the front one doesnt work, and the back one flashes f**king fast.
when it flashes fast, that means that the other blinker in the front is dead and i have to change it right. I just need to know wut it means when the bulb flashes really fast. its happening on a 00 civic ex.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago and got it fixed. More likely, you will need to replace the front blinker.
