what motor? If it's 1/4 mile racing, I prefer a 4-1 design, as it allows more top end. The 4-2-1 will usually allow more midrange power.

i have a 93 del dol with a gsr .. not really lookin to make it a track car but thats more the change i want off the line and gettin to the end quick!

For a basic header, like DC or Greddy, I would choose a 4-1 design on a GSR motor over a midrange header, but that's because I prefer top end power. Depends on where you want to make more power.
