well I just installed a ST front and rear sway bar kit on a 93 si. the kit was for a civic with no front sway bar but the si has a stock front sway bar. so I just didn't use the flca mounts supplied with the ST kit and used the existing sway bar mounting points on the flca. don't quote me but I believe for all other 92-95 civics other than si and ex the flca's on the rest of them don't have the front sway bar mounting points. so in your case you'll either need the flca sway bar mounts or si/ex flca. for the rear sway bar the ST kit should have everything needed to install. so basically it should fit to my knowledge from installing it on a friends 93 si. I think all you have to find out is the ST sway bar kit for a civic with a front sway bar or without and you can determine what you'll need to do from there to make it fit. all I got to say is after the install the car lost a significant amount of body roll in high speed cornering so it was well worth it. so good luck and have fun after it's all done.

Well i remember a few years back when they were installing the kit on my brothers car, i do not remeber them removing any pre exisiting sway bars in the front. so does that mean the bars will fit??

Yeah only the EX,Si, and LX sedans have front LCA's that accomodate a sway bar. And none came with the rear LCA that sway bar ready. I have no idea how the ST kit for non sway bar LCA's works, I just upgraded LCA's to Integras and had the all the points for sway bar mounting.

So i would have to change the lower arm control bar if i was to put the sway bars on my dx Hatchback??? Is there some way i can tell if i'll need to make any adjustments to make the bar fit?? i have the bracekts for the read, where i have to drill into the frame, but i don't think i have the brackets for the front, but am not sure.

It depends, I went with OEM bars so I switched LCA's. If the kit you picked up is for cars non OEM equipped with sway bars there may be a way to do it. I don't have experience with those kits so... bump.
