Default Timing Belt -- Help?

Hey like my engine was macking this kinda quiet knocking noise but noticable. I pop the hood and I see like 1 MM of the timing belt was ripped off. The noise keeps on going and it keeps on knocking and it sounds like a very fast knocking noise. Any idea whats going on and how much it'll cost to fix this?

It will cost you like 4 to 5 hundred and the water pump should also be replace with the timing belt along with the accesory belt. Get it done right away. cause when ur timing belt breaks, u can say goodbye to ur engine.

that noise is probably the missing piece of your timing belt knocking around behind the timing cover. change the timing belt NOW. that thing is just dying to break on you

replacing a timing belt at a honda dealer will cost about $400 and that includes the water pump and seal retainer kit

when honda did my belt they also did the accessory drive belts as well.

We lucky New Yorkers have to pay $830 at a local Queens Honda dealership. This includes all drive belts, water pump and seals. This is a pretty heavy piece of change!

or you can do it yourself for like $60 or so - maybe cheaper - assuming you know how to work on your car. Good luck on the crank pully though
