this is the whole H&R kit...the spring rates are 365(front) 285(rear)

the ride is friggin crazy nice though like I have it all the way slammed and when I hit a bump in the road you cant even feel it.....

 

I just picked up a set of Apexi N1 Pro Series Dampers for real cheap so I was just seeing if anyone was interested....thats all

haha, seriously,
can take like a week to find a buyer dude.

but yeah, I'll vouch for these coilovers,
I know some ppl with them in their cars.. and they are frickin awsome.
the only downside is a lack of damping adjustablility.

but you can dumpem as much as you want without problems,
and they ride very comfortably, but yet still stiff/responsive

 

havin some problems with H&R and returning them soo they are still for sell if anyone is interested

 

I also have a set of these. I used to roll around slammed on my set with the smoothest ride I have yet to feel in a lowered car. They arent adjustable but you really do not even need to adjust these. Good luck on the sale bro. I hope to sell my set in the near future and hope to get what they are worth.
