D16A9? Which motor is that? I'm running a 15.244 @90.90 on 16" Yokohama Pradas with a mini-me motor (A6/Y8).
On 14" Mickey Thompsons my best time was 14.98 @ 93.66

b series swap is more expensive than a zc swap
zc swap is drop in
I paid $500 for engine+gearbox+ecu and all the other things that i needed

I don't know. My ZC swap total cost me around $600 including new belts and what not. That also included shipping from California to Ohio and all the crap to do the swap. I can't imagine you could find a B series motor, plus buy mounts, plus all the belts, oil, etc to do the swap for anywhere near $600.

I think it mostly comes down to preference. I don't have much of a desire to have a B18A because I like to rev an engine and keep in the the rpms when I'm driving. I have zero desire to have a B16. That would leave me buying a B18B or B18C_ neither of which can be had for anywhere near what the ZC can be bought for.
