did a search but no luck. I have a B series motor in my civic hatch (lsvtec) and the AEM CAI made for the Civic has a 2 1/2 inch diameter tube and I need one with at least 3 inches diameter. Any suggestions?

 

I thought aem the teg type r had a 3". You would have to cut a bit out of the center though. Ryan

I thought this was 3", but I just read somewhere that it was only 2.75, but I could be wrong. Ryan

 

from what i've read the AEM CAI for the type R is 3 inches and for the 99-00 Si its 2.75.

 

I saw someone selling an injen intake tube for an itr on the classifieds for $90...not sure if its still available but I'm thinking of getting that and just cut it in half and somehow make it fit. I have some connectors that I can use. (similar material as aem)...I 'm just too lazy to move my battery a couple of inches forward to make room.
