I think a good alarm that has a motion sensor, kill switch and secondary kill switch will work great but also invest in a car cover. I cover my car everyday which keeps people guessing what kind of car it is. Case in point... I parked my car next to my roommate the other night and had my cover on, well, his car got stolen and mine was untouched. Talke about a close call!!
I soly attribute that to the car cover

Not to sound negative, but honestly, theres nothing you can do.
People with kill switches, alarms, and lojack installed are getting their ITRs stolen

Garaged. Only driven for fun.
Yes they do make car covers for integras and Rs. I have a honda Civic SI car cover from my last car and it fits my car fine. It says civic on the outside which also helps to misslead people as to what is really under the cover.

Multilock first and foremost, I have yet to hear of anyone getting their car stolen with this installed. Then Auto Lock, Alarm, and if you are really paranoid, the lock around the rims.

Basically if they want it bad enough..they will get it.
The only real way to protect it is to park in a garage..but that only protects it while youre at home..if you go out somehwere..they can take it.
Tow trucks are quite popular...and how many of us have actually questioned a car being towed...most ppl figure something is wrong wit hteh car or its parked in the wrong area.
Funny thing (if you wanna call it funny) is that when you have you car towed..say it breaks down..how many times has the tow truck driver asked for ID or anything to link the car to you?
You could easily break the window on a car...roll it down (so it doesnt look broken)..call a tow truck and tell them the car wont start and you need it towed.

Multilock does not fail...never. Its $250 installed and bolts to the frame of your car. Just make sure you get it at an authorized Multilock dealer. I have one on my car along with about theft detterents...and I sleep like a baby at night.
multilock bolts up to the car by the shifter... it locks the shifter in place which disables shifting.. its like a club for your shifter and is able to withstand almost about anything.
no matter what whatever you have in your car if they want they will take it...trust me. the only thing we can do is slow the process down by adding obstacles in their way.
the safest way to keeping your car from being stolen is keeping it off the street, preferrably in a garage.
i was thinking about putting a tracking device in the engine that can withstand all the heat and lubricants and trace down the hatchback it goes into and either blow it up with them in the car or steal it back and beat the **** out of the theif
.
you start to build an imagination when thinking about which alarm you wanna install...hehehe
