Default New MOD!!! ford explorer tail lights!



Some lady in a ford explorer rear ended me. 2nd time ive been hit in 6 months....

What's the damage? Just the tail lights? If so see if you can just get the money for it and buy it on the boards for $40 hehe

nah, the bumper and stuff is smashed in too. The bumper and taillights need to be replaced and things have to be pulled out. Probably gona be around $2000

I'd buy new taillights and just suck up the rest. You'll get used to it. I've actually been rearended twice. Once on the beltway. Once by a friend. Took the money from the Beltway incident and didn't fix the damage. My friend hit me about a month later. I was glad I didn't fix it. The bumper held up pretty nicely though. Still looks fine from far away. Just paint damage and a little bit of warpage on one side.

that sucks. it must be silver hondas. i was hit twice in 6mo. (silver 98 HB), also... so with that insurance $$ i painted the damn thing a new color!

You could get the JDM TAILS. Go with the 90-91 tails for the CRX also did u get an estimate

Looks like you got off easy. That ford probably could have shortened your wheelbase by quite a few inches.

looks like the bumper is a lil crunched.....maybe a short trip to a junkyard will fix that
