what can i do to get 15s for 1500

what can i do to get 15s for 1500
i have a 1995 civic ex 5 speed i got some money im think gettin i/h/e short throw and underdrive pulleys will that put me in 15s im takin my ac out to and my car is semi gutted.

u shouldnt be too far away from 15s stock??
lower ur tire pressure and get good 60 ft times, run ur intake without a filter for a few runs, have fresh oil and spark plugs, take out all unessesary weight and thats all for free.... take the 1500 and buy a greddy turbo kit and u should be low 14s easy

for 1500 buck, u should jsut save up a little more, and buy a greddy turbo kit, it is way more worth it, and u will be in the 13's instead of just 15's..
