I am having the same fucken problem today.

I hit vtec my car started giving code 16
Took out the battery wire and took out the Fuel tank wire at the fuel tank code went away hit vtec again and stopped at stop light to make U turn to return home it started blinking the code.. cant rev past 3.5fuCKKKKK

did u fix your code 16?

 

no i try to crank the car and its like the fuel injectors are getting constant power or something cause there is fuel all up in my turbo exhaust housing and ****.. i guess now i know where leaks are...

i thought when youre in limp mode you can only rev to 6500?

 

stupid problem fixed by its own self no more code 16 wtf I don't know what happened or something I am glad it went away maybe because I was hitting vtec with NO GAS cause the system to FUEL CLOG
