What is this little gray box?

What is the little gray box that is in the drivers side corner of the engine bay closest to the windshield. It has two electrical plugs on it, one going into the bottom and one on the side.

Edit: Oh yeah this is a 1992 Prelude with an H22A swapped in.

I think it was an Ignition Spark module or something like that... got to do with ignition.

This is exactly what I am thinking. Looks like a little amplifier.
