Dash Removal
I know that the dash is only like three screws to take out, but do you also need to take off the steering wheel and accesory stalks as well in order to slide it out????
Is there anything else that you need to do in order to get it out, or back in for that matter????

I got the JDM a/c console, and have to install the servo and all that in order to get it to work.
I know there are more than 3 screws, you have to remove the arm rest and center console and all that, but i was just talking about the actual dash it self.

You've got the SRS system to deal with + the steering column, all the wirehanesses + all the other obvious stuff... Helms will show you the best way to do it; Or you could just start removing things until the dash falls out...

dash is not that hard, i just replaced mine a couple of days ago.
here is what you have to remove:
front seats
front and rear consoles
dashboard lower cover
knee bolster
glove box
clock
front passengers airbag bracket
moonroof switch
radio
then you have to lower the steering column, disconnect the srs main harness(passenger side), the connectors behind the radio, and the connectors in the fuse box, and finally remove the 6 bolts that hold on the dash. after that you are done and done.
if you work fast you can have the dash out in about 1.5 hours

Thankfully one less thing that I need to deal with....
Question though, why do you need to remove the clips from the fuse box, I wasn't planning on removing the fuse box or harness, I thought ou could just unbolt the fuse box from the dash????
Well....any how, I appreciate the heads up from everyone....if anyone has pictures of a step by step, it would be much appreciated, though I'm sure I'll figure it out one way or another....
