Default I need advice on choosing an engine

Right now my 98Civic has no motor becuase i sold it.I have about $2500 to buy a new engine with. I found a couple of engines @ my local performance shop and I found a few there: B18C, H22A, H23A, Or B16B. any advice on wich I should choose? If anyone knows a website where I could buy An Engine From that would be helpful too.

Search, read, and read some more.

To save you some time, I've done the research and here's the cliff notes:

IAS for the swap
B18C1 is the motor to get

Peace!
