Guys, I've been without my car for about 6 days now.

As the days go by, I'm getting weaker and weaker. I live in total boredom now. *sigh*

Driving my mom and dad's 4Runner and Tundra around town is so boring. And today a buddy of mine got him a new Neon SRT4 that I got to test drive. It totally sucked. Sorry, it goes fast, faster, then fasterer, but that's about it. LoL Plus, I hate the shifter. Feels like I'm swinging a bat with the long throws. Not like the ITR.

Then my other buddy has a Lancer EVO VIII. He's finally ready to go down to do some runs at the strip. But I have no car. His brother has a turbo'ed MP3 that I want to run at the strip also.

I'm a number one stunna. *sigh* I hope the APC Project ITR gets finished this week. Should be terrorizing factory turbo'ed cars when it's done.

How long have you guys been without your car? This is worse than poon deprivation. I can actually go a while without booty.

Well it depends,,, with this crappy NE weather as of late (wet and rain every damn day), I've gone some weeks at a time without drivng my R and in the beginning it was just annoying, but I got used to it this last winter when the car was stored for the snow season.) Now, I savor the time and really appreciate the difference it is between the other cars I drive in the interim.

The biggest loss was when I totalled my first R and went 30 or so days with an insurance rental. It felt like eternity but, it helped me gain a better respect.

Savoring it and respecting it, are key to me now...

Oh man, 30 days? That's nothing! I had a Yellow ITR that was totalled. I got it on April 4th, 2001 and totalled it in October.

I had to wait till September of 2002 to finally get another one!

How so, I'm only 20. They're my age.

 

Mine stayed at home for two months when I was at Auburn. I almost went insane, but it made driving it again that much more enjoyable.
