How do you know if the pressure plate is not strong enough? Squealing?

How do you know if the pressure plate is not strong enough? Squealing?
Im still trying to decide if I should change my stock LS pressure plate when I get the new flywheel.
I am using an ACT ceramic 6 puck disc right now..and whaen I take off from a start..nomal driving..the clutch makes a squealing noise. I was told this was normal due to the ceramic disc..but then someone else said its squealing because the pressure plate doesnt have enough power to clamp the disc.
Ideas?

mine makes the same noise when i ride the clutch a liitle bit, i think that is what is it, cause all my belts are tight, and a friend said it was either some type of bearing or some kind of thing with my clutch. But i have a stock GSR clutch, so don't konw
