Default help me choose(again)

getting a wad of cash tomorrw

my system so far-pioneer head, 6inch mids,kicker comp vr sub,,blaupunkt 200w amp....

choices i have: coustic xm3e crossover, friend has a brand new one for about 50 bucks
audiocontrol crossover/line driver/etc/etc-same price, my installer has it but he says he 'cant tune it properly' but some guy he knows with a meter or sum'n can, fgairly new, is this too complicated to use for someone like me?
or i could change the amp, but i figure crossovers would help with the sound?
mb quart 4inches in dash, vteg told me 50rms but i want to use an amp, ima try the 100rms from the blaupunkt and turn down the gains or run 2 from one channel
gonna try out a 600'w' crunch on my subok, so if i get a nice crossover, some nice mids up front, 2 amps what next? im thinking of ditching the toyota speakers and going with the simple 6x9 in the hatch cover to keep it simple...

btw: my friend has a COBY dvd/cd player, will this play my sound good enough?

hmm, sort of confusing....
i just wanna keep it as least confusing as possible....
2 fours n the front, mids in back and sub in trunk, but want them to sound aas good as possible

OR should i use some of the money and upgrade the sub/box?its in a ported bass tube that i think isn't getting out all the bass i want...
i could upgrade to a nice fosgate punch and put it in a killer box
i want weght savings so one sub is a must

oh yeah, i also have in the choices of getting some door panels my friend has with kick panels...2 6.5's in each door, i would probably use pioneer mids or infinity if i get lucky
my friend has kicks in his starlet with fosgate 6's and powered nicely they play real nice!
should i focus on some killer 6.5's for the doors? i mean, 4 of them up front i shouldf be able to get some bass to make up for the one sub

I would go with the box. have pretty much everything and I'm changing my sub box to get the sound I want. If you wait a week or two I'll let you know if that's the key!

its NOT the tube that is the problem, we put it in my friends car with a ppi 400 amp and fed it 2channelk, the bass was amazing! i just need a better amp
